Account deletion

Request permanent deletion of your Zentryl account.

You can delete your account inside the Zentryl app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can begin the same request by emailing Zentryl L.L.C. from this page.

Delete inside the app

The in-app path is the fastest option.

  1. Sign in to the Zentryl app.
  2. Open the account menu and select Settings.
  3. Select Account Management.
  4. Select Delete Account and review the permanent-deletion notice.
  5. Type DELETE, then select Delete to confirm.

Email contact@zentrylgaming.com

Send the request from the email address associated with your Zentryl account whenever possible. Include your Zentryl username if you know it. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Start deletion request

Before you delete

Resolve anything that cannot move with your account.

  • Delete or transfer every league you currently host.
  • Cancel an active Commissioner Access subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play if you do not want it to renew.
  • Account deletion does not automatically cancel app-store billing.

What happens next

Deletion is permanent after verification and processing.

In-app deletion is processed after you confirm the request and any blocking account obligations are resolved. For an email request, Zentryl will review the request, verify account ownership when needed, and contact you if another step is required.

Data deleted

Your account and associated personal data are removed.

This includes your Zentryl account, profile, social connections, connected streaming credentials, push tokens, and personal data that Zentryl is not required to retain. Deletion also ends your access to leagues, messages, records, and other account features.

Limited retention

Some records may be retained when necessary.

Zentryl may retain or de-identify limited transaction, subscription, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, legal, moderation, backup, or shared league records when reasonably necessary or legally required. The Privacy Policy explains these retention criteria in more detail.
